Shipping depends on product availability but, generally, delivery times in the province of Québec is two work days for major cities and from 2 to 7 days for the regions and the rest of Canada.

Bring the product's printed receipt, original packaging and labeling along withthe returned product within 15 days to one of our stores. If the order was made by phone or online, please provide packaging slip as well. Refunds can be made using the same method as your original payment.
Want to exchange an item? After your return has been authorized, simply place a new order for the new item. This ensures that the item in question does not fall out of stock and allows you to receive the new item as quickly as possible.
CDs, DVDs, books, underwears, bikinis, electrical and electronic parts and special order items are not accepted.
