When will you expedite my order?

Shipping depends on product availability but, generally, delivery times in the province of Québec is two work days for major cities and from 2 to 7 days for the regions and the rest of Canada.

When the merchandise is not available in-store, you will be notified once it becomes available and the product will be shipped as soon as possible.

In the event of a postal service or shipping service strike, or any other event of an extraordinary nature sufficient to stop or slow down shipping, ADM Sport will do all it can to inform the buyer of his order's status.

ADM Sport cannot be held responsible for the delays incurred.

What are the delivery fees?

Delivery fees will be determined based on the nature of the product shipped and the region where it will be shipped. Packages sent by ADM Sport are shipped by multiple expeditors like Dicom, Canada Post and Purolator, etc.

How can I keep track of my order?

Once you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email in which you will find your order number. You can use this number to keep track of your order through our web site in the Your Account / My Order. However, it may take a short while for our system to update new order information

If your order is on standby for more than 72 hours, contact us by email or by phone at 1 800 463-4340.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email in which you will find your order number. You can use this number to keep track of your order through our web site in the Your Account / My Order.

Once your order is processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in person at one of our stores or by mail. For more information on returning items, please refer to the Exchange and Refund section of this page.

Conditions and prerequisites regarding returns

ADM Sport will not accept your return of goods if the following conditions are met :

  • Products must be made within a maximum period of 15 days from the date on the delivery tag.
  • The following products cannot be returned: CDs, DVDs, books, underwears, bikinis, electrical or electronic parts, communication systems and special order items.
  • Any used product, showing sigh of wear or with an altered packaging, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Specifically, a product which packaging was altered during return shipment will not be accepted by ADM Sport.
  • If your product was damaged during the delivery, exchange will be made at no extra cost, only after authorisation by phone or email.
  • Returns after a mistake on the client's part will be at the client's own expenses. Also, any return of an item under warranty will be at the client's own expenses.

ADM Sport retains the right to determine, in good faith, if all of the above conditions are met.

In store returns and exchanges

Bring in person the product's printed receipt, original packaging and labeling along with the returned product within 15 days. If order was made by phone or online, please provide packaging slip as well. Refunds can be made using the same method as your original payment.

Return and exchange by mail

  • Any returns must first be acknowledged by ADM Sport by calling at 1 800 463-4340 extension 102 or by filling form. If applicable, a return ticket will be sent to you by email.
  • Any mail return must be sent to the Quebec store via registered mail with delivery confirmation, thus providing proper tracking of parcel in case of veritable loss.
  • Refunds can be made by crediting your bank card, or by money transfer to the same banking account initially used by the client, within a maximum of 30 days following reception.
  • Paypal transfers are available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM exclusively.

Exchange

Want to exchange an item? After your return has been authorized, simply place a new order for the new item. This ensures that the item in question does not fall out of stock and allows you to receive the new item as quickly as possible.

Are there any items I cannot exchange or return?

CDs, DVDs, books, underwears, bikinis, electrical and electronic parts and special order items are not accepted.
