Due to current events related to the COVID-19, the various carriers have a longer delivery time. You must allow a period of 2 to 7 working days for the receipt of your package.
Shipping depends on product availability but, generally, delivery time in the province of Québec is two workdays for major cities and from 2 to 7 days for the regions and other provinces.
When the merchandise is not available in-store, you will be notified once it becomes available and the product will be shipped as soon as possible.
In the event of a postal service or shipping service strike, or any other event of an extraordinary nature sufficient to stop or slow down shipping, ADM Sport will do all it can to inform the buyer of his order's status, but cannot be held responsible for the delays incurred.
Delivery fees will be determined based on the nature of the product shipped and the region where it will be shipped. Packages sent by ADM Sport are shipped by multiple expeditors like Canada Post, Purolator, etc.
You should have received an email from your expeditor (Ex: Canada Post) with a tracking number for your shipment. With this number, you can track your package and its whereabouts on your expeditor's website.
