Order questions

What are the delivery times?

The delivery time depends on the availability of the product, but generally, the delivery time in Quebec is 2 to 4 business days to the major centers, and from two to seven days to the regions and the rest of Canada.

Delivery is handled by the suppliers if the merchandise is only available online.

If your order has not been delivered after 14 days, please contact us on our various channels, Facebook, Messenger or even by email right here.

In the event of a strike by the postal services, carriers or any other event of an exceptional nature slowing down or preventing the delivery of packages, ADM Sport will make every effort to inform the state of the shipment of its package.

ADM Sport cannot be held responsible for any delays caused.

What are the shipping fees?

A charge of $9.95 applies to orders with an amount less than $49.

Other charges, such as large merchandise or tires, may apply even if the order contains an amount greater than $49 or the delivery address is located outside Quebec.

Packages mailed by ADM Sport are shipped by Canada Post and Dicom and packages mailed by our suppliers are shipped by Purolator.

How can I follow up on my order?

Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email in which you will find your order number. Use this number to track your order, through our website, in my account / order history section.

However, it may take some time for our system to update new order information.

How to make a return / exchange / request a refund?

All returns must be previously authorized by ADM Sport by phone at 1-800-463-4340 or using the form you will find here. You can also visit one of our stores with your invoice or the shipping slip within 15 days. More information is available here.

The product that interests me is not available in stores, can I still order it?

Yes! A large majority of our merchandise is available online with our suppliers. No additional charges are necessary. However, delivery times may apply, depending on the supplier.

Questions about gift cards and promo codes

Do you have gift cards?

Our gift cards are currently unavailable on our website

The purchase of a gift card does not work

Make sure you have chosen the image of the card, the email with the gift card will contain the chosen image. If the problems persist, please contact us on our Messenger or on our Facebook page

Can gift cards purchased online be used in stores?

Yes! Present a printed version of the email with the gift card at the stores; however, a period of 24 hours is required to use a card purchased online

How to use a coupon code?

Enter the promo code in the "Enter a promo code" section during the first step (Delivery) of the purchase process. The promotion will be applied to the item in your shopping cart if the code is valid.

My coupon code does not work

If you have verified that the code is entered correctly, please contact us on Messenger or on our Facebook page and we will find a solution for you.

Questions about products and services

Are all the products in store available online?

We have a large selection of products online, but the merchandise is much larger in stores.

I would like to have additional information on the size of a helmet / coat / pants ...

If a size chart is available for this item, you will find it below the available choices for colors / sizes. Otherwise, you can ask us the question directly on our messenger or in the questions / answers section of the product concerned.

How do I know if a part is compatible with my vehicle?

We have the "Search by Vehicle" option available on all our mechanical parts pages, enter your vehicle model and compatible parts will appear.

What kinds of repairs / modifications do you do?
