This contest is not managed or sponsored by the FCMQ and FQCQ. The information provided to ADM Sport will only be used for this contest. The FCMQ and FQCQ does not manage the contest and cannot be held responsible in case of a problem. All participations are subject to official rules. This contest is for Canadian resident only, 18 years of age and over, who have purchased an access to the FCMQ and FQCQ 23:59.

Participation

To participate, you must have made a purchase at ADM Sport in Quebec City, Saint-Hyacinthe or on the website at admsport.com prior to February 28th 2024. If your purchase is done in a store, you will have to deposit your participation coupon (discount coupon) received with your pass to the FCMQ and FQCQ trails in the box provided for this purpose. If the purchase is made through our website, the coupon code will automatically be registered for the contest. A minimum purchase of 250$ is required. The purchase must be made during the contest period before the 28th of February 2024. One coupon or promo code per customer. No facsimiles will be accepted.

Conditions of admission

This contest is open to all legal participants from Canada, who are major within the jurisdiction where they live at the time of participation and having purchased the FCMQ and FQCQ acces right. Does not apply where the law prohibits it. The employees and family domiciled with them cannot participate in this contest.

Drawing

Prizes will be awarded through random draws on march 16th 2024, one at the Quebec store and one in Saint-Hyacinthe. If your purchase is drawn, ADM Sport will contact you by phone or email. You will then need to confirm your acceptance as a selected eligible participant, according to the instructions provided, within 48 hours after being contacted. If it is not possible to contact the selected eligible participant or if the winner is not able to prove that he meets all the conditions of the contest, a new draw will be made. Before declaring a winner, the selected participant must correctly answer a question within a limited time, then sign a waiver and release form confirming in particular that :

• He complies with the admission requirements
• He has read the contest rules and that he complies with them in every aspect
• He accepts the prize as awarded
• He recognizes the right of ADM Sport to publish its name and city without any compensation other than the prize offered.

In addition, prior to being declared a winner, the selected eligible participant must provide two valid ID issued by the government authorities attesting that he is major.

Registration are subject to verification by ADM Sport and their representatives. Any registration that is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, late, with an invalid email address or a wrong answer to the mathematical skill testing question, or which does not comply in any way, may be rejected and will not be eligible for participation in this contest.

Submissions and information provided by participants must be complete and accurate.
