Do I need to create a personal account to make a purchase?

You can do so as a member or as a guest, but being a member has its advantages. You can easily track your existing orders, review your order history, create a wish list, enjoy a faster checkout process, and more. You can create an ADM Sport account first, or you can complete your order as a guest and choose to save the information you entered to a new account afterwards.

How to create an account?

To create an account,

  • Click on the “My Space” button on the tool bar of the page.
  • Once in the Login page, you can enter your e-mail address and click on the “Create my account” button to easily create an account.

Important: Please be sure the billing address and phone number are identical to what is on your monthly credit card statement.

Confirm your order with one of our customer service staff member if you have any problems during the order. Customer service is open from Monday to Friday, from 9AM to 5PM.

How to reconnect or identify me?

  • In the Login page, you can enter your e-mail address and your password and click on “Connexion”.

Forgot your password?

If you have forgotten you password, simply click “ Forgot my password ” in the login page.

  • You will be asked to enter your e-mail address (the one given when signed up).
  • Once entered, click “Send” and you will receive a new password. Easily retrieve it from the e-mail address provided.

How do I change my password?

  • Simply go to “My account” and click on “Change my password”.
  • You'll be asked to provide your new password twice before you can submit this new information

What do I do if I forget my e-mail address?

If you happen to forget your e-mail address, you'll need to create a new account or you can contact our Customer Service at [email protected]

  • You'll be asked to enter your e-mail address then we'll send a confirmation message to the address provided.

Why do I need to create an account?

We ask that you create an account so we can better serve your needs. We want to learn more about you and your tastes and we also need to be able to contact you easily in case of an unlikely situation. This also allows us to send you special offers on your birthday, for example. You can always change your preferences to suit your likes and dislikes.

I would like to change my ZIP code, is this possible?

If you haven't purchased an item, you simply have to change your address in your account. Don't forget to speak with your credit card company and ensure the addresses match up.

What billing address will you use?

Once you enter your credit card information, you will be asked to provide a corresponding mailing address. Note, the billing address for both and your credit card must be the same.

Can I browse my purchase history?

In the “My account page”, simply click “My purchases” and you can view purchased items, items being delivered and items returned.

What is my saved items?

It is a list of items that you have saved for a future consultation or order. You can delete the items in the list or transfer the saved item to your shopping cart at any time. You must be registered to benefit from this functionality.
