Return and/or refund of your purchase


ADM Sport will not accept your return of merchandise if the followingconditions are not met:

  • Purchase returns must be made within a maximum of 15 days following the delivery date(the date will be marked on the delivery slip).
  • CD, DVD, books, underwear, bikinis, electrical or electronic parts,communication systems and special orders are not accepted.
  • Any product that has been damaged or the original packaging has been damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.

ADM Sport reserves the right to determine, in good faith, whether all of these conditions are met.

Return and Exchange by mail

  • You must enter the reason of the return on the invoice.
  • You must enter your invoice number and/or the ADM Internet order number on the box for: SUIVI COMMANDE WEB.
  • You must go to a post office or visit one of our three stores to avoid return fees.
  • Returns due to an order error of the customer will be at his own expense. Return charges may apply for goods under manufacturer’s warranty.
  • You have received an item in the mail that has been damaged during transportation or an error on our part, the exchange will be done free of charge with an authorization made beforehand by phone at 1-800-463-4340 POSTE 2207 or using the form below.
  • All returns must be made to our St Hyacinthe City branch by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, otherwise, we will not be able to consider the loss of products during return transportation. Return address: 3003, rue Picard St-Hyacinthe, QC Canada, J2S 1H2
  • The refund will be made by the payment method used during your initial order. Some repayment delays may apply depending on the method of payment.
  • Refunds will be processed Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm exclusively.
  • You want an exchange? To increase the speed of delivery of yournew order, it is preferable to complete it and return the one that does not suit you as soon as possible. When we receive it, the refund will be made.
  • Any return of merchandise will take 72 hours to be processed after receipt due to COVID-19.

In store returns and exchanges

Present yourself with the purchase invoice, the originalpackaging, your products, and their labels. Refunds will be issuedvia the initial payment method.
