DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You can place an order as a member or guest. The first option has its advantages. You can view the status tracking of your orders and their order history. It also allows you to speed up the payment process. You can start by creating an account by clicking here , then place your order.

HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

To create an account, you must:

  • - Click on the small motorcycle helmet at the top right of your screen, on mobile, click on the three horizontal lines at the top right.
  • - Click on the “Create Account” button.
  • - Fill in the requested information.

That's it, your account is created!

Important: Your billing address and phone number must match what is on your credit card statement.

WHY CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

The personal information requested in the profile is used to get to know you better and to communicate with you quickly in the event of a problem. You can change the information at any time.

I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE POSTAL ADDRESS, IS THIS POSSIBLE?

If you have no orders in progress, all you have to do is modify the address by clicking on the headset at the top right, on mobile, click on the three horizontal lines at the top right. Afterwards , click on “View addresses”. You will be presented with the option to change the address.

WHAT WILL MY BILLING ADDRESS BE?

When you enter credit card information, you must associate one of the mailing addresses on your account with it. This address will be the billing address and must match your address with your credit card provider.

CAN I VIEW MY PURCHASE HISTORY?

Head to your account page, the headset icon at the top right and you will be presented with your purchase history.
