Customer Notice – Potential Delivery Disruptions

Due to a strike notice at Canada Post, which may take effect starting Friday, May 23, 2025, ADM Sport is implementing alternative measures to reduce the impact on the delivery of your orders.

To this end, we will be working with other transportation partners to maintain our usual delivery timelines as much as possible. However, despite our best efforts, delays may occur, particularly in remote areas that are not serviced by these alternative carriers.

We thank you for your understanding and assure you that we are doing everything possible to minimize any inconvenience.

HOW TO ENJOY FREE DELIVERY FROM $49 PURCHASE?

To benefit from free delivery, your order must meet the following conditions:

• The delivery address must be in Canada;
• The total amount of the order must be equal to or greater than $49 before taxes;
• A fee of $12.95 applies to orders valued at less than $49;
• This special offer does not include additional shipping costs ( large packages and/or remote areas ).

ADM Sport reserves the right to modify or cancel free delivery for purchases over $49 at any time.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES?

Delivery time depends on product availability.

Generally, delivery time in Quebec is two business days to major centers, and two to seven days to the regions and the rest of Canada.

Please note that the delivery times indicated are based on the items available in our stores. For items shipped directly from our suppliers, delivery times may vary depending on their location and availability, generally between 2 and 10 business days.

If the merchandise is not available in stock, You will be notified as soon as it is available and we will ship it as soon as possible.

In the event of a strike by postal services, carriers or any other event of an exceptional nature slowing down or preventing the delivery of packages, ADM Sport will make every effort to inform the buyer of the status of the shipment of his package. ADM Sport cannot be held responsible for any delays caused.

Delivery costs are determined based on the products and the region where the order will be shipped. Packages posted by ADM Sport are now shipped by several shippers/deliverers: Canada Post, GLS and Nationex.

Please note that we currently only ship to Canada.

Check if you have received, by email, an order shipping notice with a tracking number for your package. With this number, you can check the status of your delivery on your shipper/deliverer's website.
